In July 2023, the engaged couple made public their engagement after meeting as students at Iowa State University, where Purdy participated in football and Brandt taught volleyball.

On Saturday, the 24-year-old quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers exchanged vows with Jenna Brandt in Des Moines, Iowa.

Established during their time as undergraduates at Iowa State University, the couple became engaged in July 2023.

At the time, they each posted photos of the celebration with friends that followed the proposal, which occurred on a dock overlooking the water in St. Cloud, Florida, and proclaimed the news on Instagram.

“Forever Jenna, my sweetheart.” “I eagerly anticipate becoming your spouse,” Purdy wrote in the caption of his post. “To eternity and beyond, babe. “JB, I adore you!”

Brandt, also 24 years old, exulted in her caption, “We get to do life together…forever!”

Whittney captioned her Story, “Mrs. Purdy in three weeks 💎.” Jenna responded enthusiastically with a series of pink exclamation points, which she used to caption the repost.
