Orion One: Orion Yachts’ 43-meter motor yacht is now being built, according to new details

Orion Yachts, based in Yalova, along with Red Yacht Design, have provided an initial peek inside the 43-meter superyacht Orion One as it nears completion.

Orion One’s superstructure and hull are “almost finished,” and construction on the spacecraft started in 2022. The launch is slated to occur at the close of 2024.

The 480GT yacht’s outward and interior designs, which feature a gracefully flared bow, aft decks that cascade, and ample glazing, are the work of Red Yacht Design. The use of light woods and a neutral color palette contrasted with “emerald” and “aquamarine” accents is seen in new inside photography.

“The choice of light colours, the playful infusion of tones, and the thoughtful incorporation of contemporary elements aim to provide a serene yet dynamic setting for discerning yacht enthusiasts,” Cana Gokhan of Red Yacht Design said.

The layout of Orion One’s five staterooms, which includes the owner’s cabin, allows it to be used as a private charter boat.

Alfa Marine Engineering has finalized the new yacht’s naval architecture. The utilization of al fresco places has received special attention; notable features include a sunpad area and Portuguese bridge on the foredeck, as well as a sundeck featuring a unique waterfall installation that pours water into the dip pool.
